(1) No one shall direct or indirectly advertise and propagate through the media that organs are available or that organs are needed. No.
(2) The designated authority may impose a fine of up to twenty-five thousand rupees on media organizations, publishers and editors and broadcasting organizations and broadcasters who publish advertisements contrary to sub-section (1).
(3) A person who is not satisfied with the fine imposed by the designated officer according to sub-section (2) may file an appeal before the Court of Appeal within 35 days from the date of learning of such fine.
